All high vacuum pumps rebuilt and sold through FLUIDX have been completely disassembled, cleaned, re-machined and carefully inspected for wear by our factory trained technicians. Units are assembled with new vanes, shaft seals, exhaust valves, gaskets, springs, oil distribution valves and bearings prior to undergoing an extended performance test to meet or exceed OEM specifications. All pumps are then painted, detailed, and pass a final quality assurance inspection prior to shipping.
Fully refurbished to factory standards. The Pfeiffer Adixen Pascal 2021 SD Rotary Vane Pump is a versatile dual-stage vacuum pump that is compact and used in many industrial, scientific and research applications. The universal single-phase motor can be disassembled independently from the pump for easy vacuum pump oil changes. On the oil case, a vertical sight glass is visible from the front of the pump for inspection of oil levels and color. A gas ballast enables the pumping of condensable vapors.
The inlet and exhaust end fittings are standardized and easily accessible from the top of the pump. VacOil stocks and sells replacement parts and accessories like oil mist eliminators.
